Thank you for using GoHoops4Social App (hereinafter referred to as "the Service" or "the App"), which is designed, developed, and maintained by MeetAgile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). To protect users' rights and interests, please ensure that you agree to all terms and conditions before using the Service. The Company reserves the right to modify or change the terms and conditions of the Service at any time, and the revised terms and conditions will be posted on this page or notified to users via the email address provided during registration. If users continue to use the Service after the aforementioned modifications or changes, it is deemed that users have read, understood, and agreed to accept such modifications or changes. If users cannot comply with or do not agree to the terms and conditions of the Service, they should immediately stop using the Service. If users are under the age of twenty, they must have their legal representative (parent) or guardian read, understand, and agree to all the contents of the Service terms and conditions before registering and using the Service. When users use the Service, it is deemed that the user's parent (or guardian) has read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions of the Service, as well as any subsequent modifications or changes.

Services and Items:

• The App can be installed on smart mobile devices (including smartphones and tablets).
• The Service includes personal event information, team event information, team interaction features, and league event information.
• The Service only provides the services described in the foregoing, and users are responsible for any equipment (such as personal phones, tablets, and other mobile devices) and fees (such as mobile internet fees, communication fees) needed to use the Service.
• Users who download, install, and use the App must properly safeguard their account and password and must not provide or disclose them to any third party for safekeeping or use. All actions taken after logging into the App using a specific account and password are deemed to be the actions of the account holder. If users discover or suspect that their account or password has been misused or improperly used by a third party, they should immediately notify the Company.
• Service Provider and Changes to the Terms of Service: Users agree that the Company has the right to unilaterally decide, based on its operational needs, to arrange or appoint other companies succeeding the Company, or a collaborator approved by the Company, to continue operating all or part of the App's services and continue to apply the terms of service.
• Downloading Data: Users should update the data downloaded from the App regularly to maintain its accuracy and avoid any losses. The Company shall not be held responsible for any losses incurred due to users' failure to update the data. Users should continuously update the App to ensure that the latest features are functioning correctly.
• Advertisements: Any advertisement messages that users encounter while using the App are not designed or provided by the Company. Users should exercise discretion and judgment when evaluating the accuracy and credibility of advertisements. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any advertising content.

Precautions for Using the App Service:

• To use the Service, users should download and install the official version of the App from Google Play Store, App Store, or the Company's official website and then register an account and log in. If users attempt to obtain the App through non-official means, any losses they suffer are not the responsibility of the Company.
• The Company may currently or in the future develop different App software versions for different end devices (e.g., laptops or desktop computers). Users should obtain, download, install, and update the appropriate software version according to their actual device conditions.
• Unless expressly authorized in writing by the Company, users shall not access or use the Company's services and software in any form, including but not limited to adaptation, copying, dissemination, vertical searching, or trading without authorization.
• By using the App, users acknowledge and agree that their account settings must not violate any national laws and regulations, as well as the Company's terms, policies, and guidelines. Users' registration information and other personal information must not contain any illegal or inappropriate content, and users must not use others' names (including, but not limited to, impersonating others' names, titles, or other ways that may cause confusion) to create an account without their permission.
• Users acknowledge that the ownership and related rights of their registered account on the App belong to the Company, and users only have the right to use the account after completing the registration process. The user's account is for the user's personal use only and may not be gifted, borrowed, rented, transferred, sold, or otherwise permitted for use by others without the written consent of the Company. If the Company discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that the user is not the initial registrant of the account, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to that registered account without notice and without bearing any legal liability to the user who registered the account. Users must not attempt to access other users' login information or accounts or engage in any behavior that endangers the security of other users' accounts.

• Service Interruption and Disclaimer:

  The Company makes every effort to maintain the operation of the App in order to provide users with stable service quality. However, in the event of any of the following circumstances that cause the Company to suspend or interrupt all or part of the App's services, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or other damages arising from the use of the Service, or the inability to use the Service:
• Routine maintenance, relocation, replacement, upgrade, malfunction, or repair of related system equipment, resulting in service suspension or interruption.
• Service stoppage or interruption caused by reasons not attributable to the Company.
• Users' violation of government laws or the terms of this service.
• Service suspension or interruption due to various external factors.

• Amendment of Terms:

  In response to the continuous improvement and updating of service content, the App may amend the agreed content of the terms at any time, including modifying, deleting, and adding usage rules, policies, and related service descriptions. The amended content, unless otherwise stated, will be notified to users via the email address registered by the user. If the user continues to log in and use this service, it is deemed that the user agrees to all the amended content.
• Use of Personal Information: Users agree that the Company may collect and process personal information within a reasonable scope that is generated or logged in as a result of using this App and legally use it within the scope permitted by personal data protection laws.

• Ownership and Protection of Intellectual Property Rights:

  Upon completion of the registration process, the user is deemed to have authorized the Company to possess all copyright property rights, including the rights to use, copy, reproduce, adapt, publicly transmit, and publicly broadcast, in respect of any content provided or published during the use of the service. The scope of authorization includes not only this App but also other websites authorized to represent the Company or other websites and applications authorized by the Company. The fact that the user uses the service does not imply that the Company has authorized or allowed the user to enjoy the distribution, reproduction, adaptation or other rights based on the right holder's status without the written consent of the Company. Users who disclose or publish various content during the process of using the service and cause damage to the Company due to infringement of others' intellectual property rights or other rights shall bear the liability for compensation. The Company may also suspend the user's access to certain features or terminate this Service Agreement with the user, depending on the individual case.

Effectiveness and Termination:

• If the user violates the terms due to reasons attributable to the user, the Company may send a notice to the user's registered email address and require rectification within a specified period. If the user fails to rectify within the specified period, the Company may terminate this Service Agreement with the user.
• In the case of a severe violation of the Service Agreement by the user, the Company may terminate this Agreement with the user without prior notice.
• The termination of this Service Agreement does not affect the rights and obligations that have arisen before the termination, nor does it affect any legal rights that either party may claim against the other party, nor does it extend to other provisions related to the collection, processing, and utilization of personal data.
• Dispute Resolution and Handling of Service Agreement Disputes and Doubts: If the user has doubts about the provisions of this Service Agreement, they should submit them in writing to the Company in the manner specified by the Company. The Company has the right to refuse to reply to questions that are not submitted in the agreed manner.
In the event of a dispute arising from this Agreement, the laws of the Republic of China shall be the governing law. For disputes arising between the Company and the user regarding rights and obligations related to the service items, the user agrees to first submit a request for resolution to the Company and engage in negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the user may then proceed with other dispute resolution procedures.
• Privacy Protection: Except for maintaining or inspecting system security or legally using personal data within the scope permitted by personal data protection laws, the Company shall not disclose any personal information registered or generated by users due to their use of the Service. For detailed provisions on the use and protection of user information, users agree to comply with the Company's privacy protection policy. Please refer to the Privacy Protection Policy for detailed regulations.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

• The interpretation or application of this Service Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China.
• In the event of a dispute arising between the user and the Company due to the use of the Service, the user agrees to resolve the dispute based on the content of this Service Agreement and the principle of good faith. If litigation is necessary, the user agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court in Taiwan as the court of first instance.
